Equestrians for many years, Saul and Ann volunteer their time for Equestrian Trails Inc. wherein they are the Corral 36 Treasurers as well as belonging to the Mounted Volunteer Patrol for the State and National Park Service. They find this knowledge of horses and habitat to be extremely beneficial when helping a client locate a horse property.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, Saul and Ann owned and operated a clothing manufacturing and import company. During their careers in the garment industry, they consistently bought and sold homes for investments and were so successful at it, that they decided to make real estate a full-time profession.
Since the inception of their careers they have been top producers and truly enjoy every aspect of the real estate process. They find the greatest joy of their profession to be in helping a client find and acquire the perfect opportunity.
Natives of New York City, Saul and Ann moved to Los Angeles for the lifestyle and they currently reside in Monte Nido with their three rescued dogs, three horses and one cat. They consider themselves to be transplanted New Yorkers who love living in a rural area among the surrounding mountain ranges, yet enjoy the close proximity to both Calabasas and Malibu.
